Mary - Comment to episode #8.
I always felt out of control regarding my todo list on my stay at home days (I work part time). I hardly got them done without my toddler and I being frustrated in the end.
Sarah said something that has changed how I plan my days which is: “Setting up yourself for success”. Looking at my todo list from that angle and also at my energy level (instead of only the priority), there are things that I can get accomplished with my toddler around and at the end of the day I feel successful and my son is happy. The rest of my todos I try to do on weekends when my husband spends alone time with our son.

Thank you for the podcast and for being so honest.ReplyCancel
